Columbia Sportswear/Mountain Hardware Flagship Store
Retail
Seattle, Washington
This project consists of a tenant improvement for a new retail store on the busy intersection of 3rd & Pike in downtown Seattle.
Totaling over 14,000 square feet, this project consists of two separate retail stores to be built on the first floor of a 10-story parking structure.
Set to open this holiday season, an aggressive project schedule will need to be met by the Project Team as well as late-night working hours in order to overcome the high amount of pedestrian traffic during the day. In addition to the work on the first floor, repairs to the parking garage above will be completed simultaneously and require extensive coordination with another general contractor.
This project is currently registered with the USGBC and is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
