Westfield Shopping Center Remodel
Retail
Seattle, Washington
The project scope calls for the tenant improvement of 13 open shells as part of an expansion to what is now the largest shopping mall in Western Washington. Through coordination with the Westfield Mall Owners and their tenants, the Swinerton team built a total of 13 new retail spaces. The range of stores included clothing, vehicle accessories, salons and toy stores. Despite some late changes to the bid set of plans and a fire sprinkler union strike, all spaces were successfully signed off and turned over to the tenants in time for them to stock their shelves before the grand opening in the summer of 2008.
