River Rock Casino is an 80,000-square-foot gaming facility. Site development included excavation of approximately 100,000 cubic yards of material that was used as parking lot fill.

Other site development included the installation of a one-million-gallon water storage tank fed from site water wells, a sewage treatment facility and temporary generators. The temporary sprung

structure consists of two tents on slab-on-grade foundations. HVAC, plumbing and fire protection and inside fit-out of the facility is by Swinerton. Fit-out includes restaurant, kitchen, bar, cage and offices.
