This San Diego landmark project encompasses preconstruction and construction services for the 600,728-square-foot, 32-story, cast-in-place hotel with a condominium tower adjacent to the historic Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego. The hotel includes 512 keys and 20,000 square feet of meeting space including a 9,750-square-foot ballroom. The top 11 floors of the building consist of 37 luxury penthouse condominiums, overlooking the new downtown ballpark.
