LEED Gold Certified Health Sciences building with classrooms, lecture and lab space and two computer labs. The building includes information resource and library functions as well as student health center facilities. Classrooms simulate a working Hospital environment complete with head wall, monitors, cubical privacy curtains, hospital beds, and state-of-the-art computer controlled robots as "patients", including one for pediatrics. The negative air new biology and chemistry lab rooms complete with cadaver part storage. All classrooms, laboratories, and nursing simulator rooms are equipped with cameras and monitors which qualify as "Smart Classrooms" with a Live interactive teacher-to-student availability to teach at other remote campuses. The new Health Sciences building offers a Health Clinic to students.
