Built on under-utilized lands formerly belonging to the Bay Meadows equestrian racing track in the City of San Mateo, this mixed-use project includes retail, food service, office and residential tenants in four buildings. Also included is 256,000 square feet of underground parking and an additional 44,000-square-foot, two-story parking structure.
