Phase 1

Build out of floors 1-6 consisting of a delicatessen style kitchen and dining room, elevator lobbies, exercise room, MDF & IDF rooms, 25 conference rooms, 10 meeting rooms, 14 training rooms and 42 offices. The project was built out in 2.5 months including all new HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, audio visual, tel-com, fire life safety systems and system furniture coordination.  The successful on-time completion of Phase 1 led to the award of Phase 2.

Phase 2

Phase 2 included the build out of floors 7 & 8 and 10 &11 consisting of 20 conference rooms, boardroom, executive lounge, 11 break rooms, and elevator lobbies. Executive floors 10 &11 included high-end finishes consisting of tile floors, granite tops, restroom upgrades, Pulp Studio glass, three form feature walls, projector room, motorized shades, and audio visual interface, as well as all new HVAC, electrical infrastructure, audio visual, tel-com, fire life safety systems and system furniture coordination.
