This project invovled the interior build-out of 40,000 square feet of office space and a 5,000-square-foot data center for Advance Micro Devices in Fort Collins.

The mile high Data Center was constructed on the first floor of the building and included related infrastructure. The scope of work included selection demo of interior partitions, doors and acoustical ceiling tile, new walls, raised access flooring, finishes and doors. Work also included the expansion of an exterior equipment yard to accommodate new electrical and mechanical infrastructure. New and relocated mechanical, electrical and fire protection was required to accommodate the new layout.
