The 68,000-square-foot Visual & Performing Arts Center consists of two buildings, one to house the music and drama departments, and the second to house the fine and applied arts.

The structural-steel complex features art and performance spaces, classrooms/lecture halls, a 125-seat black box theater, a 380-seat performance hall, and an exhibition hall. The project’s green features include siting, solar orientation, building materials, and energy and water efficiency.
