This two-story building is constructed on a concrete slab with structural steel framing and masonry veneer skin. Interior of the school consist of classrooms, administrative spaces, restrooms, cafeteria, library, and a gymnasium. A unique feature to each classroom is different color accent walls, which is believed to encourage creativity.

Site work included: the construction of a pre-engineered wood and metal panel roof play area, jungle gyms, soccer field, landscaping and irrigation, parking lot, and public street improvements.
