This project consisted of a tenant improvement located in an existing Class “A” office building in Portland’s South Waterfront District.

This upscale state-of-the-art laser eye care clinic required special construction of the floors under the equipment to perform the delicate eye surgeries. Completed in just six weeks, the new construction included beautiful stone on the floors and walls of the entry area, curved walls at the reception area, laser procedure room with special HVAC requirements, serpentine soffit, glass panels, and special lighting.
