This structural steel framed, stucco exterior medical building in­cludes several exam rooms, an x-ray suite, and office space. Aesthetic project features include a reflecting pool with waterfall. The team completed the project on schedule within nine months while ac­commodating off site utilities and numerous architectural changes during construction. Additionally, the second floor includes a tenant improvement portion that was awarded to Swinerton Builders after construction on the facility had begun.
