This LAUSD DSA project included the construction of a new Type II elementary school facility totaling 70,000 square feet. Scope included a three-story main building with a subterranean parking component with 79 parking stalls which tie into the adjacent two-story building. These two buildings house 31 classrooms, administration offices, library, lab, senior center, and a multipurpose room with kitchen and lunch shelter. The project included planning, development, and operation of a 760 two-semester seats school for grades kindergarten through eighth.

This project received an Award of Honor from the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH)/AIACC Leroy Greene Design Awards Program.
