Scope of Services

The 71,000-square-foot Library & Student Resource Center houses the library, learning center, admissions and records, financial aid, and counseling among other services.

It is literally and figuratively the center of campus for the Cañada College student body as it provides a "one stop" center for student services. The building created a new campus entrance that links other campus buildings and provides access between the upper parking area and the campus quad, located three stories below.    

Scope of services included design management, logistics planning, estimating and full construction management services.
