Scope of Services

This Athletic Facility received a major face-lift with the renovation of the existing athletic fields. The site consisted of a soccer field, a baseball field, a football field with six-lane track and a multi-sport practice field.

Synthetic turf was installed for both soccer and baseball fields due to continual moisture, fog and rain. The lower track and field was renovated with new track surfacing and the turf was replaced with synthetic turf. The project also included a new restroom building.

Due to limited use of the tennis courts, the number of courts was reduced and replaced with covered batting cages, an indoor golf practice area, and soccer field covered with synthetic turf.

Scope of services included logistics planning, estimating, design management and full construction management services. The project was phased and procured utilizing the design-build delivery method.
