Construction Manager for this $13-million, three-phase modernization project, each performed in the Multiple Prime Delivery method.

 - Phase 1A - Consisted of a four-building modernization; two classroom buildings, one science lab building, student/staff restrooms, staff break room and a complete cafeteria renovation.  Also included was new underground infrastructure for water, sewer, drainage, electrical and low voltage, new landscape and irrigation and architectural concrete flat work. Additional upgrades for ADA access throughout school campus, including ramps, sidewalk access and new handicap parking.

 - Phase 1B - Modernization of one classroom building, containing two classrooms and an electrical/data room. 90 day construction schedule, completed concurrently with Phase 1A work.

- Phase 2 - Modernization of one classroom building; including

three computer labs, one classroom, teacher workroom and two staff restrooms with a 70-day summer sprint schedule.
