Incorporated is one of the top 400 general contractors
in the U.S. As a national commercial builder we
are continually seeking out new talent to join
our family of companies.
We have an extensive College
Recruiting Program. We visit 15 to 20 campuses
throughout the nation in the fall and spring. We
participate in Career Fairs, conduct Info-sessions
and interviews. We maintain great relationships
with the school’s faculty
members to keep us in touch with the best and
the brightest students. Each year we make a commitment
as a company to hire new full time project engineers
and interns in the fall and spring.
See our On-Campus Schedule.
Our college recruiting and intern programs are committed
to exposing employees to the day-to-day events on
a construction jobsite. Each intern will be provided
regular meetings to evaluate their performance as
well as a final evaluation at the conclusion of the
project. We also ask our interns for feedback on
the experience from their perspective. For a full-time
Project Engineer we conduct an evaluation at the
end of 90-days and then an annual performance review.
This on-going communication helps us determine if
we are a fit for the employee and if employee is
a fit for us. In addition, it allows us the opportunity
to develop a career path and training program suited
to each employee.
