Sue Twitchel is the president of Swinerton Property Services, Inc.
Sue offers a variety of property management services to property owners. She is responsible for developing Operations and Management Plans, overseeing the physical and financial planning of properties, coordinating design and construction for new properties and renovations of existing properties.

Sue has over 25 years of experience in the property management industry including:

• Property management for both conventional and subsidized residential developments
• Commercial facility management
• Property rehabilitations and renovations
• Troubled property management planning and implementation
• Sue has managed over 100 properties, more that 30 HUD properties and has planned and implemented Operations & Management Plans for over 220 properties.
• Sue has received the rare "Superior" rating from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for her management and organization of multi-family subsidized apartment communities. She has also received many industry recognitions, including the HUD award for "Managing Agent of the Year" on two separate occasions.
