Swinerton has completed several design-build structures across the western United States and is committed to achieving 20% design and 25% construction participation by certified minority and women-owned businesses. With design well underway by Walker Parking Consultants and construction set to begin in February, after the cast-in-place concrete structure is built, DIA will offer a total of 19,496 garage parking spaces and will manage a total of 43,275 parking spaces. The project is anticipated to complete in 2017.
