Swinerton Builders was recently named the number one Interiors/Tenant Improvement Contractor by ENR Mountain States in their 2014 list of top contractors in the Colorado and Wyoming market sectors. Swinerton took top billing with revenues of $40 million dedicated to interiors and tenant improvement projects.
Swinerton’s Special Projects Group enjoyed an outstanding 2014 by completing several notable office and data center projects for some of Denver’s top employers and growing companies including over four floors of interior renovations spanning nearly 120,000 square feet for leading global provider Avaya’s office relocation and space improvements for Trulia as they became part of Zillow—both entities focusing on online house hunting.
Additionally, the team completed infrastructure improvements for Northrop Grumman and continued work on the Agilent campus in Colorado Springs, renovating areas of the campus for spin-off company Keysight. With more work ahead for Keysight in the near future, along with several other projects in the works, 2015 looks to be another banner year for Swinerton’s Special Projects Group.
Swinerton’s success is a direct result of the dedicated employees who build and manage projects for clients. The vast majority of superintendent and project management team members have been with Swinerton for more than a decade—on average bringing 30 years of professional construction experience to projects—ensuring Swinerton’s trusted clients and design partners work with some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry.
Leading Swinerton’s project teams are a trio of construction professionals who combine their skills in preconstruction, estimating, and client service to deliver superior performances to trusted partners. Bret Hall, Eric Hein and Brad Rettig are instrumental in the overall success of Swinerton’s Special Projects Group as they enable teams to carry out excellence on a daily basis by meeting established budget, schedule, and quality goals.
Congratulations project team!
