Tim Kretzschmar Joins as Operations Manager

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in planning, preconstruction and construction expertise to the company’s growing Colorado Division. In his role as Operations Manager, Kretzschmar will provide oversight planning of multiple projects while strengthening Swinerton’s operations throughout Colorado. His responsibilities include the management of the preconstruction effort, enhanced subcontractor relationships, and leadership of our project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

“Tim brings a distinct perspective with an extensive background in both complex construction operations and owner’s representation,” said Scott Conrad, Swinerton vice president and Colorado division manager.

Kretzschmar was most recently senior vice president of Q&D’s Building Division, a Sparks, Nevada-based general contractor and heavy civil engineering firm.  At Q&D he oversaw day-to-day operations for commercial building, special projects and millwork divisions. His construction experience includes hospitality, multifamily, K-12 and higher education, healthcare, airport and owner’s representation.
