Tim Kretzschmar Named Colorado Division Manager

Once you meet Tim Kretzschmar, it’s hard to forget him. It’s not just how he fills a room with this six-foot six-inch basketball-player frame, and it’s more than his infectious smile. Upon meeting Tim, you discover that you are talking to one of the most sincere people you will ever meet.

Swinerton Builders has the good fortune of employing Tim, and we are pleased to announce his promotion to Colorado Division Manager. He supersedes Scott Conrad, who has been promoted to Regional Manager over Swinerton’s operations in Seattle, Portland, Hawaii, and the Southeast. We wish Scott the best of luck and thank him for all that he’s done for us in Colorado since joining the division in 2011.

“I know our clients, design partners, subcontractors, and employees are in good hands with Tim,” shared Scott. “He’s as genuine as
they come!”

Tim joined Swinerton in 2014 as Operations Manager and instantly jumped into overseeing project teams building the twin-tower Country Club Towers and a parking structure for Denver International Airport. After proving himself on these challenging and diverse projects, combined with his background managing complex and wide-ranging projects in Nevada, Tim became the clear choice as our new division manager.
