Cambia Grove Comes to a Close

The solid efforts and determination of Swinerton’s Seattle team shined on their recent completion of the first Cambia project in the state of Washington.

Located in downtown Seattle, the project included the complete demolition of all interior walls and new finishes including: conference rooms, private offices, a mother’s room, multiple break rooms, and open-work areas. It also involved a full patio demolition and a rebuild that featured new planters and Ipe decking. This exciting new hub for the healthcare industry was launched with the help of four anchor companies: Regence BlueShield, University of Washington Medicine, Qliance, and EvergreenHealthThe Puget Sound
Business Journal
best describes the perks of the space as “a place for entrepreneurs to talk ideas with those companies and with each other, for free.”

Thanks to their hard work, the team successfully delivered an aesthetically pleasing, vibrant new space packed with high-end finishes and inviting design elements for this valued, repeat client.
