Austin Cools Off During Hot Summer

A few things are always a big part of summertime—like baseball and cooling off in the pool. So why not have a pool party at a baseball game to celebrate a great summer?

For the Swinerton Austin team’s end of summer party, they rented the pool area in right field at Dell Diamond, home of the Round Rock Express (a minor league team located just outside of Austin). Swinerton team members and their families celebrated with water guns, floaties, a fajita buffet, and a win from the Express.

Some Swinerton team members also celebrated the summer by getting out of the heat for a little while by heading to Calgary, Alberta, Canada for a tour of DIRTT’s Warehouse. Like the Swinerton San Diego team had done a few months before, Preston Keilers, Omar Holguin, and Graham Worley toured multiple warehouses and went through a training on each system to learn about the manufacturing process, installation process, labor and cost savings, and sustainability features. The team also spent some time outdoors and toured DIRTT owner Mogens Smed’s new home.
